I only have the next LN200 transistors: #3, #4, #6, #7, #8, #13, #14, #15, #19, #20 - (others - SOLD)
I only have the next LP200 transistors: #24, #25, #27, #30, #31, #33, #34, #35, #37, #40 - (others - SOLD)
Here you have a really rare chance to get a genuine Sanken LP/LN special series TO3 audio power transistors, model LP200 PNP and LN200 NPN. What is special with these transistors? These transistors are in the fact Sanken transistors 2SC2922 & 2SA1216 in TO3 case! Because 2SC2922 & 2SA1216 are high speed LAPT (LINEAR AMPLIFIER POWER TRANSISTORS), they are perfect substitution for NMA / NMC Sansui transistors used at AU819, AU919 and BA-F1, they are perfect substitution for 2SC2493N / 2SA1068N used in AUX1 also!
If you see data sheet of 2SC2922 & 2SA1216, you will see that those transistors are 180V 17A 200W transistors with fT 50MHz (40MHz for 2SA1216)!
I have an original Test Sheet created at January 24th 1980, Tested by: N.Nagashima, and with hfe test results for 20 pcs of LP200 and 20 pieces of LN200. Probably that document was created at Sanken, but I am not sure. Because that document is very old, some printed data are faded away, so someone has written over those data by pen to get them easy to read…So, when you order a pair of those transistors, I would send to you a copy of that test sheet to see what matched transistors you will get.
What to say at the end, if you have already AU-X1, those transistors are the best transistors what are ever made for it, they are LAPT, they are high speed, they are high pover, they have high Vcbo and Vceo, and finally they are genuine Sankens!
