JVC OPTIMA 1 laser pickup is very similar to the Sansui laser pickup for Sansui CD player CD-X901 (or CD.X701) probably made by JVC too, and it is NOS  in original packing, please look at pictures. The only thing is what they have different numbers of pins on the bigger connector (please look at pictures).
It is very ESD sensitive device, you should be very careful !! When I am taking the laserr pickup, I am always using ESD protection bracelet. Because of all, really I can't offer any kind of warranty. It is impossible to find today that model of laser pickup, so do not wait!
